Teague merged Kindness Is Cool with DEED, another social impact initiative that encourages volunteering. Teague became chairman, and chief kindness spreader of the company.

Teague gave a TEDx talk on Making Kindness Cool. He also finished building, Kindness Is Cool a web platform that incentivizes and help others complete random acts of kindness that are sponsored by brands.

Teague started Kindness365, a nonprofit that focuses helping others, doing random acts of kindness, and being kind every day. Teague and a team of 8, lived on the Kindness Bus, and traveled for 6 months to 29 states across the USA carrying out the mission. They partnered with children’s hospitals, cancer centers, mental institutes, animal shelters, ethic youth centers, food banks, Habitat for Humanity, and countless other non-profits to complete random acts of kindness.

Teague and Tom Smith created the Reality Ride Challenge, and cycled 2100 miles from Boston, the place of Tom’s first paralyzing accident, to Miami, the place he recovered at The Miami Project. They raised $100,000 to help find a cure for paralysis

Teague joined the Board of Directors of the Thomas E. Smith Foundation.

Teague helped Thomas Smith create Dance for Paralysis, a live event a concert series to help raise funds and awareness for Paralysis.
